Gentilissimi,

 

Siamo lieti di annunciare l’apertura delle registrazioni e della submission degli abstract per il XVIII Congresso Internazionale dell’Italian Proteomics Association (ItPA), in collaborazione con la Serbian Proteomics Association e la Hellenic Proteomics Society. L’evento si terrà dal 27 al 29 novembre 2024 presso la prestigiosa Casa dei Cavalieri di Rodi, con vista sul Foro di Augusto, a Roma.

Il congresso avrà inizio il 27 novembre alle ore 11 con la cerimonia di apertura, seguita dalla Opening Lecture del prossimo Presidente della HUPO, Prof. Uwe Völker.

Registrazioni e submission degli abstract sono ufficialmente aperte da oggi, 7 ottobre 2024.

 

Dettagli per la registrazione:

• Early bird registration (fino al 28 ottobre 2024):
  • €150 per Early Career Researchers under 40 (inclusa la quota associativa di €20 per il 2024 )
  • €200 per i senior (inclusa la quota associativa di €20 per il 2024)
• Late registration (fino al 15 novembre 2024): €250
• Industry: €300 più iva 22%

La registrazione e la submission degli abstract dovranno essere effettuate esclusivamente tramite il Google form dedicato  https://forms.gle/oitPzw8hTYYh5Jfj9

 

Si prega di indicare, al momento dell’invio dell’abstract, se si desidera essere selezionati per una comunicazione orale o un poster. Non sarà possibile registrarsi sul posto, poiché la sede è sottoposta a vincoli dei beni culturali, e l’elenco dei partecipanti deve essere consegnato una settimana prima.

 

Nota bene: chi ha già versato la quota associativa per il 2024 dovrà decurtare €20 dall’importo della registrazione (es. €180 per i senior, €130 per i junior).

 

Premi:

Anche quest’anno, ItPA, attraverso la sua Fondazione, assegnerà almeno 10 premi: 5 per le migliori oral presentations e 5 per i migliori poster. I premiati avranno la possibilità di partecipare a EuPA 2025, ItPA 2025 ed eventualmente a HUPO 2025. La selezione verrà fatta come sempre dagli speakers internazionali.

Dear Colleagues,

 

We are pleased to announce the opening of registrations and abstract submission for the 18th International Congress of the Italian Proteomics Association (ItPA), in collaboration with the Serbian Proteomics Association and the Hellenic Proteomics Society. The event will be held from November 27 to 29, 2024, at the prestigious Casa dei Cavalieri di Rodi, overlooking the Roman Forum of Augustus in Rome.

The congress will start on November 27 at 11 AM with the opening ceremony, followed by the Opening Lecture by the upcoming President of HUPO, Prof. Uwe Völker.

Registrations and abstract submission are officially open starting today, October 7, 2024.

 

Registration Details:

• Early bird registration (until October 28^th , 2024):
  • €150 for Early Career Researchers under 40 (including a €20 membership fee)
  • €200 for senior researchers (including the 20€ membership fee)
• Late registration (until November 15^th, 2024): €250
• Industry fee: €300 plus vat 22%

Registration and abstract submission must be done exclusively via the dedicated Google form.

Please indicate when submitting your abstract if you wish to be considered for an oral presentation or poster. On-site registration will not be possible, as the venue is subject to cultural heritage regulations, and the participant list must be submitted one week in advance.

 

Note: If you have already paid the 2024 membership fee, please deduct €20 from the registration fee (e.g., €180 for senior researchers, €130 for junior researchers).

 

Awards:

As every year, ItPA, through its Foundation, will award at least 10 prizes: 5 for the best oral presentations and 5 for the best posters. The winners will have the opportunity to attend EuPA 2025, ItPA 2025, and possibly HUPO 2025. The selection will be made by the international speakers, as usual.
